Refunds

Moor Floor Finishes offers a refund up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
The item will need to be returned unopened, in the original packaging and in sellable condition.

Returns

If a product is damaged then we need to be notified ASAP.
If it product damage by the carrier then the customer should refuse to accept it.

Once we are made aware, we will action a replacement.
